These Terms govern your use of ea99. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ea99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ea99 website, mobile platform and all services offered therein, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and payment services. One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ea99 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household or device are not permitted. If ea99 detects duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses within them may be forfeited without prior notice.

Not Self-Excluded
You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order applied by you through the ea99 Responsible Gaming tools or any other self-exclusion arrangement. Circumventing a self-exclusion order is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the ea99 platform you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, create a secure password and confirm your acceptance of these Terms. ea99 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any stage of registration or thereafter.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ea99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false information, using a false identity, impersonating another person or submitting fraudulent identification documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Password Security
You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your ea99 account and for keeping it confidential. ea99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must change your password immediately if you suspect it has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

KYC Verification
ea99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any account holder at any time for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable law. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ea99 may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure. KYC documents may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence or other government-issued photo identification.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ea99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and bank transfer methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction in the ea99 cashier. ea99 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with notice.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. ea99 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. ea99 shall not be liable for processing delays caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.

No Fee Policy
ea99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made through bKash or Nagad. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. ea99 is not responsible for any third-party fees applied outside of the ea99 platform.

Declined Transactions
ea99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other prohibited activity. In such cases ea99 may freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
ea99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. ea99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

One Bonus Per Promotion
Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per eligible player per promotional period. Players may not combine multiple welcome bonuses or claim the same promotion more than once using multiple accounts, different payment methods registered to the same individual, or other circumvention techniques. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

Promotion Modifications
ea99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is modified after a Player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, ea99 will honour the bonus under the terms that were in place at the time of the Player's opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
ea99 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ea99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

Fraud and Cheating
Any attempt to defraud ea99 or other players, including but not limited to using software tools to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software errors or bugs, colluding with other players, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.

Money Laundering
Using the ea99 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. ea99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Bonus Abuse
Exploiting bonus structures through techniques such as low-risk hedging across multiple outcomes, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without engaging in genuine play. ea99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse and reserves the right to void associated winnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ea99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the ea99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services. ea99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ea99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. ea99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
9. Amendments to These Terms
ea99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, ea99 will provide notice to Players by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address on file.
Your continued use of the ea99 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, breach or termination, shall first be referred to ea99 customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days of the initial complaint, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. ea99's decision on matters of platform integrity, game outcomes, bonus eligibility and account status shall be final and binding in all cases where a technical determination is required.
